Las piedras is a Neighborhood in the prestigious gated community of Covenant Hills in Ladera Ranch. The community is known for it's large estate homes with expansive lots, many with canyon views. Homes have been known to sell in the price range of $1,200,000 to $1,300,000. The homes in the community are 3-5 bedrooms and 2,700 - 3,200 square feet of living space. This neighborhood of Las Piedras are the more moderately sized homes of the gated community. The community of Las Piedras was built by Standard Pacific Homes in 2005-2006 which was the height of the real estate market in Orange County. Home styles include Tuscan, Mediterranean, Villa and Spanish. The home owners association includes 24-hour guard gate, a clubhouse, pool, spa, miles of hiking trails, wireless internet, and a clubhouse. The HOA dues are currently around $400 per month.
